SURPRISE!

Surprise! is the story of a wordless encounter. A peculiar character lives alone in a house filled with solid objects of various shapes: cubes, cylinders, spheres, prisms, pyramids, etc. Every time he returns home, he brings new ones and carefully arranges them: he cleans them, he organizes them. It’s his birthday, and the doorbell rings. Here come the presents! But they look very similar to the things he already owns. Then, a different gift arrives: a large rectangular box that opens up to reveal a big surprise!

The show explores the theme of relationships and what emerges from the meeting of people’s differences, through discovery, play, sharing of space, conflict, and acceptance..
