Kandinsky used to say that shapes and colours speak to the soul. Thanks to their sensible qualities, shapes are living things to be listened to, and colours remind of a vital sensation, a feeling, a sound.
The work of art is a score of shapes and colours, and its creation is the creation of a world into which spectators are invited to "dive with all their senses".
On stage, two bodies interact with the silence of a point in the space, with the poetic dimension of a curve that reminds of a smile. They are overwhelmed by colours, and colours are food, perfumes, the sounds of musical instruments; each colour is a note and the sensory play of the actors functions as a mirror for the little spectators. They experience their perceptions and their sensory memory in the form of mental images.
Thanks to the video projections, the elements of painting evoke worlds that physically touch the actors' bodies: how does a colour smell like?
How does it taste and sound like?
